There is no experience necessary, the goal for this project is to connect people with different backgrounds and let them work on a project together.

This week we'll be giving an intro to git and setting up an environment for building the site we are building together. We'll also have a bit of a python introduction.

Last week we decided on using Python in app engine because we believe that Python is an excellent first programming language. If you've never programmed before, or you want to learn python, or brush up on your web python we suggest you check out Udacity's intro to computer science class as a great way to start out in Python.

About the Meetup:

To Hack: To see 'breaking' something as an opportunity to learn more. To work on a problem and collaborate to find a variety of answers.

This weekly event gives ladies a space to code together. Whether you're just getting started, or are a veteran in the tech world, there's a seat for you at the table. We welcome anything from Wordpress and Drupal dabbling, though to PHP, Ruby and Pythoners as well as all you Indesign and Photoshoppers, UX wireframers and QA testers!

The one rule: Women only.

BYOL: Bring your own laptop!

About Us:

Our goal is to set up those new to the tech world with some amazing women mentors... to pair program with, to get props from and to get the lay of the land from those in the know.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
