Re: [CWDevs] iOS Boot Camp (Not vetted, just passing on the opportunity)

I know this is a little pricier than the 3-day bootcamp, but there's also a Starter-League-like academy (8 weeks) for iOS: http://mobilemakers.co/

I haven't taken this, but I do know one of the teachers and it seems like a great opportunity for someone trying to break into iOS dev. It's $7k and if you accept a job through their placement program you get $3k back as a "hiring bonus."

Hi Everyone.

This keeps hitting my spam filter, but looks legit. I don't know who is running it so can't vet, but thought I'd pass it on in case any of you were interested in this.  -Melissa

Read the Blog Posting about the iPhone Boot Camp Experience

The opportunities for iPhone applications developers has never been better. Apple has paid out over 5 billion dollars to developers with App in the iPhone app store. iPhone developers' work-for-hire is the highest paid in the software industry.

The iPhone Boot Camps are arguably the most affordable and experienced iPhone application development workshops. Our rates are often half the price of other workshops and our trainers the most experienced in the field, with apps in the top ten in the iPhone store and/or authors of popular books on iPhone development. Since 2008 we have trained over 1,000 developers in over 60 small workshops.

Money Back Guarantee

We are the only iPhone workshop that offers a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the workshop after the first day we offer a full refund, no questions asked. Keep in mind that any developers considering the workshop should have a basic knowledge of object oriented programming or the workshop will be extremely challenging.
