RESCHEDULED ---Small Business Support - Tech & E-commerce Businesses

Hello Small Business Owners,

We're going to start this small business support roundtable focused on tech and e-commerce businesses. So bring in any questions you have on either starting a business, managing the business, and growing it.

We'll also be organizing support groups for other industries, such as food, fashion, retail, and freelancers subsequently.

This will be a VERY interactive group, so we're limiting to 5 of our own members and 5 of WeWork (our venue sponsor) members. Any no-shows will be kicked out of the group.

Craig Delsack is a highly experienced business-savvy entrepreneurial lawyer (former Skadden Arps lawyer) in the areas of business, media, technology, entertainment and real estate. His firm offers flexible legal solutions for startups, mid-sized and large companies (such as Cisco Systems, Inc. and AMC Networks, LLC, among others) -- working as a virtual in-house attorney or as an outside general-counsel (for instance, cost effectively negotiating deals for in-house counsels who have limited availability to handle). Craig also works with dozens of seed- and early-stage companies in an advisory board member capacity, helping them refine business, financing and technology strategies to help enable rapid growth. Before law, he was a technology-development and management consultant for 12 years with Towers-Watson, Mercer and Deloitte.

Alexandra Chou is a NYS CPA, who has previously worked at a Big 4 accounting firm performing auditing and consulting services for Fortune 500 businesses. Subsequently, she worked at an investment bank conducting operational reviews for the private equity and private banking segments. At the investment bank, she also obtained her Series 7 and 63 licenses. She combines her accounting background with her experience in the financial sector to assist start-ups and small business owners with taxes, financial planning, business plan development, and business consulting.
