To inspire the age wave of Boomer women looking for alternative living situations

To provide information, networking, and a forum to meet together

To form connections with existing community models and their successes

For all women - single, married, widowed, and women with families who are looking for alternative models of living as we age with connection and camaraderie

We want to-

- Bring women together to share information, form connections with each other and resources, and to promote action and taking steps to form communities.

- Showcase models developed for community, especially suited for Boomers, with the emphasis on the women who live in them

- Build momentum for an ongoing dialogue between those who want to continue the conversation through virtual and real time conference and workshops, and social networking to take action.

- Promote community as an alternative for the current economic and social malaise.
