Introduction
I recently completed a doctorate in Biology at UCLA, and now I'm returning to my passion for clean tech and sustainability. I'm thrilled to be meeting so many amazing, intelligent, like-minded women through WCS!
What sector of cleantech or sustainability do you work in?
I'm currently working in business development for an amazing social venture start-up called Angaza Design. We're women-founded and women-led, and developing low-cost solar lighting technology to bring clean, renewable energy to base of the pyramid communities in the developing world. I believe that triple bottom-line business, focused on sustainable economic returns, social good and environmental stewardship, has the potential to make a true and lasting impact on the planet.
