Women need to be at the forefront of a shift in world consciousness in order for it to heal. Yet, in so many ways, we have felt the need to hide behind masks that we feel are palatable to society but do not express who we REALLY are. It's time to explore our authenticity, feel alive and real, and embrace life in our own terms. I am an equine assisted coach, artist, writer and have done some community theater so we will be exploring our own empowerment through all of these means in a supportive community. Come and have FUN learning who you really are as an authentic human being! No cattiness, no gossip, no negativity, no excuses. Only laughter and sharing!

Who are Women in Transition? They are women who are no longer confortable living in the old paradigm. They are women who will not be defined by society or the media, who have more to say about the important aspects in life, community, harmony, empowerment, love, spirituality.
