both--I love training myself and also love group fitness!
just about anything! Nothing fried, and sugar is my big weakness.
no, I have two dogs, a cat and my wonderful husband, John.
I own a downtown fitness facility (CU Fitness) and, in addtion to teaching classes and training clients, I market and sell a line of comfortable every day women's clothing (Jockey Person to Person). I also am ajunct faculty at Meredith College.
