Working with a wide-range of clientele and drawing upon their competitive experience and areas of expertise in fitness, sports and personal training to create exciting, challenging, and well-balanced 30 minute, exercise programs. Consistently delivering results, helping clients make gains and reach goals, by developing and maintaining a motivated atmosphere. If you are like many of us, getting the time to exercise is challenging. The goal is to prove that you do not need several hours to maintain a fitness program - just 30 minutes.
Example of a Tone Workout: 5 minute warm up cardio, 15 minute of full body and core resistance sets, 5 minute brisk walk for maximum all over toning, 5 minutes cool down, yoga and stretch.
