Bike to Boulder: for food and some games before biking back to Fort Collins.

I don't have any specifics yet because I'm new to the area. But I thought a ride down to Boulder would be easy enough. That's 46 miles of fun! Once there, we can take a break, have some food, play some cards.. before heading back to Fort Collins. We can even pick you up in Loveland!

Cheryl, I'm really sorry, but I can't go anymore. I'd love to do this ride with you another time....

    Thanks for doing the planning.

I proposed a route that ends at a random, unidentified spot in Boulder. How about if we all bring ideas and select a lunch spot when we meet on Saturday?

Here's an option that cuts the distance to 60 miles RT... Start from Starbucks at Taft & 14th St SW, then head out on 14th St SW & travel pleasant country roads. Proposed route: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/84255235/?new_route=1. I show the last 4-5 miles on the diagonal, so we may want add a couple miles to change that.

A little research: there is a bus from Boulder to Fort Collins, well, actually it involves 2 buses, Boulder and Longmont. But NO MATTER because the Boulder bus only holds 2 bikes on the front end: useless!

I'm going to ask again how exactly my friend did this last year.

I'm up for riding one way and maybe we can pay someone to meet us there and bring us back....or the bus.

I've heard of some people doing this bike to Boulder trip & taking bus back from Boulder to FC. That would make it a 46 mi (and not a 92 mi) ride, which might be less scary for some. I'm game either way.
