As experienced health advisors we have seen all the diets, fads and unused gym memberships we care to think about. But what is worse to see is the disappointment women feel when the “just can’t seem to get the weight off and keep it off”. However, that is only because there is a missing ingredient. You see there is a part of the mind where all the habits and beliefs reside that must be reprogrammed for lasting change to take place. So, it isn’t your inability to stick with it, it is simply the inability of a part of your mind to carry out that thought.
