We are a group of women who enjoy the arts and who want to explore our creativity! We come together monthly to learn, play, and be inspired as part of a community.

The meet-ups are based on the tools of Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching and the book, The Nine Modern Day Muses (and a Bodyguard) by Jill Baldwin Badonsky, M.Ed. Each meet-up includes specific strategies for getting past procrastination, perfectionism, fears, or feeling overwhelmed so we can get back into exquisite creative flow. Each session also includes an activity and a guided meditation designed to spark your imagination and get your creative juices flowing.
