Creativity MasterMind (first 30 minutes or so):

We'll talk about what's going well for you and what's getting in the way of the creative process.

Drawing on my experience as a certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach, I can help offer strategies and tools for whatever is "up" for you now. This might include common trouble-spots like:

·      finding the time,

·      getting inspired,

·      getting started--or seeing a project to completion

·      perfectionism,

·      comparison,

·      fears,

·      feeling overwhelmed,

·      or whatever else is most relevant to you now

Creative Prompts and Play (next hour or so):

This is a chance to connect with our imagination and to deepen and expand our creative capacity.

I'll provide a handful of quick, low-pressure prompts and exercises. The emphasis will be on having fun, experimenting, and enjoying the process (rather than making the perfect product). These exercises will include things like...

·      writing prompts

·      flash poetry

·      collage

·      doodling, scribbling, drawing

·      guided imagery or meditation

·      card-making

·      and more.

By attending you’ll get to leave inspired, connect with other creative people, and share in the wisdom of the group in moving past blocks or challenges.

One of these days I hope to make it. But again, this month I won't be there.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
