The purpose of this group is to provide a safe, fun, inspirational and welcoming environment for women to connect and stay or become healthy. This group will offer a variety of activities, running, biking and Boot Camp Style workouts just to name a few--so no getting bored.
The group will have monthly fitness challenges along with nutritional challenges, which you will be held accountable for. All fitness levels are welcome there will be groups for everyone--so no excuses! Meet other local fit women or women trying to become fit, to trade workout tips and stay motivated! Perhaps even find a workout/gym partner
