If you're still reading, here is a little about your organizer...
My name is Teresa Scott and I am the Founder of Women's World of Boxing, NYC. I am a Licensed Level 1 and Registered USA Boxing Coach, a Personal Motivational Boxing Trainer, Entrepreneur and Author. I have trained in group and private sessions, over 1,000 women, girls, and celebrities of all ages and fitness levels.
I created this meetup to bring women together in a less intimidating, positive, safe, empowering, supportive, uplifting environment to explore the sport of BOXING FOR REAL. I do not teach cardio and/or fitness boxing which is why I DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS.
I was introduced to boxing eleven years ago when I was looking for a way to get in shape and shed some of my 215 pounds. Through the sport, I found confidence, my voice, developed inner-strength and lost over 60 pounds.
My love of the sweet science along with my total body transformation led to me leaving my 18 year career in publishing, and choosing my mission which is to open the first "Real Deal" women only boxing gym in NYC. (side note: nyc is ridiculously expensive so if you are or have a rich aunt who would be interested in investing, email me at: email@example.com) Feel free to come by with or without your aunt to see what we're about!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
