This is a women only weight-loss support group. Most of us plan to lose up to 40 lbs this year.
We do not endorse any weight loss diet etc – we believe that all of us know how to lose weight but are missing motivation and accountability. That is exactly what these meetings provide. At these meetings, we record our weight loss/gain, share weekly challenges and successes. Besides these meetings, we support each other through our private weight loss blog.
