Women Food and God

Based on Geneen Roth's book "Women Food and God", this group is a place to explore and heal our relationship with food and with our bodies. We know that 95-98% of dieting attempts fail because if we don't change our relationship with food and our bodies from the inside, it is virtually impossible to change our behaviors on the outside in any lasting way.
We will be referencing Geneen Roth's book in our group, as well as some of the 12-step principles. Our primary value will be in providing a safe, loving, nonjudgemental environment to share and discuss these deeper issues. Regardless of your chosen diet and exercise regimen, we are here to support you in your journey and to grow and heal together.
