CISSP Study Group

Are you looking to take the CISSP exam? Let's study together!

This session is part of an on-going 8 week cycle of meetups to help prepare you for the CISSP exam.

This study group is not an official "Bootcamp". It is supplemental to the class or any self-studying you are doing. With that being said, current CISSP members have been known to pass the exam only by self-studying using the official ISC2 book and Shon Harris' book (6th ed. due out Nov 2012). Prepare for the exam according to your style of study.

At least two CISSP members will be in attendance to offer pointers, answers, and assistance.

Practice questions will also be given out to go over during the meetup.

Please read the applicable chapter/domain(s) from the ISC2 book or the equivalent and come with your questions.

Lisa, thank you for the study session last night! I was checking out your webpage and found a DC Cybersecurity Conference next week. Is anyone else going? I am only attending the Expo on Tuesday.

I'd go if I could. Not aware of anyone else going. Sidenote: we have a list of conferences and hacker cons. I'll start posting in the discussion area (and website forum), so we can start coordinating to go to these together - starting with this one. Everyone is welcome to post conferences, events etc to gather folks to go.

Does anyone know what their policy is on food/water? Nothing major just water and yogurt or small snacks.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
