How Can We Open Our Heart More To Love?

Love is the number one subject that songwriters and authors write about ...

But... if love is 'What makes the world go round' ... why is it such a difficult area of personal growth for many of us ?

• If.. human beings are 'wired' for connection...  why are so few in long-term, happy love relationships ?

• And... why so much disconnection and separateness in relationships within families, communities and work-colleagues?

Is it that the price of 'opening our hearts' to share our love has become too high or scary, due to past experiences and old memories of 'failed' relationships, rejection and love -wounds?

OR.. are there other reasons that the flow of love and 'whole-hearted' living is not fully  being expressed within our lives and relationships with others and ourself?

SO how can we open our heart's more to love??

This is the subject of this month's Women's Coaching Circle of Light

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

As always, this safe, accepting and very nurturing women's space will be opened with a short guided meditation and followed by a facilitated circle of sharing and exploring

It is a time of both giving and receiving of insights, wisdom and clarity that can assist both ourselves and others in the group.

There is, however no pressure to speak if you prefer to just listen.

The circle closes around 9.15 and is followed by refreshments and informal networking time.

New members are assured of a warm welcome.

Hope to see some of you on the 28th
