This is a bi-weekly group that is ongoing. There is an initiial 3 month commitment to join. We are currently accepting new members. The group meets at Anam Cara Center in Berkeley. In the group, you will get one-on-one coaching, the attention and focus of the group, accountability, feedback, and teachings specifically designed for you.
