Tenesha was born in Mississippi. She is the only chid to the parents of Louis O'Neal Jr. and the late Beverly O'Neal. Tenesha moved to Saint Louis with her husband and 2 children 11 years ago. Tenesha has 2 boys and really enjoy been married to her amazing husband Lamar of 11 years. During the day Tenesha works as a Surgical tech at Barnes Jewish Hospital. After hours she dedicates an hour a day to her business of educating women and the remainder of her time dedicated to family life. Tenesha enjoys meeting new people and is really enjoying life. Tenesha wanted to start her own business, so she decided to use something she believes in. She purchased and tested these products prior to endorsing them and stands behind the products she sells. Tenesha views her business growing so rapidly that she hopes to become part-time at Barnes within the next two years. Her short-term goal was to have a debt free Christmas for 2012 and it was a goal achieved. If you are reading this you to have a story to tell. RSVP today.

The mission of Women's Impact Networking: Embracing Your Dreams is to educate women from all walks of life to include veterans, women in transition, business professionals, and students regardless of age or income. Each one can reach one and each one can teach one through our mentorship program.
While engaging in educational resources to strengthen our communities with donations and grants, we can help you embrace your dreams while helping the community grow in a positive way.
Open Networking before the meeting will be from; 6:00 to 6:45pm
Bi- week a member will be allowed twenty (20) minutes to showcase their professional services and/or businesses with the others in our group.
All first time guests will be allowed to attend two (2) meetings, in order to give you first hand knowledge about the group and organization, and afford you the opportunity to determine if you would like to join. Also allowing those of you the chance to briefly introduce either your business or professional services, or your desire to help with our volunteer community assistance programs.
Our bi- weekly meetings are designed to help and assist you with networking with like-minded ladies, and afford everyone the opportunity to join either our networking or join our group in order to help strengthen and support our local communities. No matter what your purpose is for joining this organization, we will greet you with open arms.
Once you become an actively paid member, you will have the opportunity to give presentations at our weekly (W-I-N-4U) meetings, sit on the various committee boards, speak and represent your business, services or products. Our membership dues are $50.00 per year for all women, and $25.00 per year for qualified full time students. As it is known and set forth, all membership dues are non-refundable and non transferable.
Important Note - Please keep RSVP updated. "No Shows" to meetings for 2 times or more will be withdrawn from Women's Impact Networking Embracing Your Dreams and deleted from this meetup.
