Welcome to our Women’s Travel Group
This group is for DAY and WEEKEND trips and WEEK long travel VACATIONS.
Why travel alone when you can travel with a group of women who share the same interest as you while you can also enjoy the company of other women, form friendships and visit beautiful TRAVEL destinations.
This is a perfect solution and better than going on vacation solo, it’s easier, and safer being in the company of others and more fun!
Our women’s only travel group was established to attract fun loving ladies, who tend to share similar interest, are open to new friendships and ideas. These women are also looking for travel companions, some of you might travel alone, others with a friend or relative. Our ladies are married, single, widowed and divorced, who are interested in traveling in the company of others.
Why not join us….make some new friendships, share some laughter, stories and create some new memories. Enjoy the camaraderie and security of being with a group of women, who knows you may develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
I am here to gather information from group on where we would like to travel next, get pricing - making sure we get a really good deal, Post event, coordinate deposit and payments with our travel agent, etc. Once we are on trip I am just as much a passenger as you. The events offered at our travel locations will always draw groups to them, we all won't have the same interest, that is what makes this group so much fun, you pick and chose what activities you want to do and groups form!
PLEASE be honest on your questionaire form, we do not want to pair up a snorer with a non snorer, that would not make a good vacation for either! We do get snorers and have others to match them with. So again, please be honest!
The only age requirements we have is you must be 21 years of age. I have found that when I travel I end up mingling with all various age groups and sometimes have had the best time with girls in their 20’s and on the next trip a group of ladies in there 60’s or 70’s. Net, net age is not important, it’s the person within!
We’ll design all our vacations for women, including activities and accommodations.
We will try to chose vacations based on interest.
Your interaction in our meetup is very important. For this group to be a success we will need members to leave feedback, and be active on posting ideas and responding to correspondence.
Note: This is a SISTER group to North Shore Women Group, our intent is to get ladies together to make new friends, socialize, have fun….and now for travel fun and companions!
For those of you not familiar with my other meetup NSW (above), we are a easy going, jeans and sneakers type of ladies, who are non-judgemental.....I'd like to carry that tradition into this group. No need to pack 3 suitcases to be the best dressed on our vacations! LOL All we ask is that you be "yourself".
Meetup Fee: Some of our events will be subject to a fee payable to the event Organizer, These fees may vary based on the event . Fees will be outlined when venue is posted as an event. If you don't agree with the fee simply pass on the event.
Event Costs: We will try to list how much the event will cost in the description, sometimes we can do no better than guess until we have an actual "true" head count. The $1.00 or $2.00 in cost on event listing is for FEES we are charging for this event that goes to the Meetup Organizer, not towards the event.
NO VENDORS are to be listed on site without prior approval from the Organizer, or you may be removed from this meetup.
NO TRAVEL PACKAGES can be sold to other members (ie you purchased a trip outside of our meetup and cannot make it). Without prior approval from the Organizer, or you may be removed from Meetup.
Women's Travel Group in no way is responsible for any accidents or losses during your vacation stay or travel to and from. We highly recommend all our members purchase travelers insurance when they book their vacations. Our group is to bring ladies together to travel only, our meetup, vendors again take no responsibility or liability for any unfortunate occurances on any of our trips, each of you are solely liable for youself and your belongings.
This meetup is in no way responsible for problems that may arise with tour/vacation group. Any problems you may encounter your source of complaint is the tour company. In signing up with any of these trips you agree to hold this meetup group harmless for any and all liabilities incurred during your trip.

Attendance Policies
Members who RSVP ‘yes’ but fail to show (a 'no-show'), AFTER 2ND NO SHOW will be removed from the group.
Members must call Sue (978) 815-0258 to cancel when they change their RSVP to 'no' 48 hours before an event. Failing to do so will result in removal from the group.
If we see patterns of a member RSVP and cancelling a day or two before an event, they may be removed from the group. PLEASE only RSVP if you know you can make event, not to hold a spot in the event you decide you want to go last minute, because nothing better came up.
We've set these guidelines out of fairness to other members who can't attend an event when it fills up, as well as out of basic courtesy to the organizers, restaurants and fellow members who are expecting you.
It is unfortunate that we have to list these rules and regulations but we have had to remove members in NSW and I am sure we will run into the same problems here. I put a lot of time and effort into both groups and expect the common courtesy of our members to eachother!
NOTE: The above attendance policy will be reinforced at the discrection of the GROUP ORGANIZER.
