Here is the link to the tour company that is handling this trip for the group, all rsvp's and payments are to be handled via this link. Air tickets are on a first come first serve basis and we currently have 20 seats held with Jet Blue. PLEASE read the posting on the link in it's entirely, it has important flight information to coincide with tour beginning times. You are free to book your own air and meet us there, just be sure you are either at the baggage claim area to meet us or at hotel at appropriate pick up time. You are free to skip tours that are on list AS LONG AS WE REMAIN IN THE AREA AND YOU CAN MEET BACK UP WITH US LATER:)
UPDATE: We have decided to change the dates to 4/9-4/13/14 based on numerous members requesting for us to do so. Several other reasons were also a factor in making this decision. The TAX DEAD LINE of 4/15 and School vacation starting as we were returning, limiting air. If you not available to join us on the new dates, kindly change your rsvp accordingly. We did have enough interest and I will be posting the link to the Tour Company shortly.
Please rsvp only if you are serious about attending, we need a minimum of 20 for the trip to take place. If we show good results, I will forward a link with payment information, I will not be collecting monies for this trip the tour agency will.
JET BLUE IS NO LONGER BEING NICE ON GROUP AIR:( AND OF COURSE WE DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE AIR UNTIL WE KNOW WE HAVE AT LEAST 20 MEMBERS COMMITTED TO ATTENDING AND PUTTING DOWN DEPOSITS. PLEASE ONLY RSVP IF YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO ATTEND THIS!!
