Cultivate Mindfulness Workshop

"Mindfulness refers to being completely in touch with and aware of the present moment, as well as taking a non-evaluative and non-judgmental approach to your inner experience. "

-Matthew Tull, PhD

If you'd like to say farewell to negativity and flow through your life with ease and grace  this is the workshop for you.

Through this workshop you will:

1. Walk out calm, capable, and optimistic

2. Discover the source of your judgmental side (p.s. it's not your fault).

3. Learn a proven mind/body technique called "tapping" to diffuse your stressors.

4. Have specific techniques you can use yourself after you leave.

5. Be empowered where you used to feel powerless

All in a warm, supportive environment.

Do this for your future and for your NOW. You'll be glad you did.

Space is limited, register now to reserve your spot.
Cost is only $20 for 2 hour workshop- that's less than a yoga class!

Feel free to message me with any questions. See you there!

This is a tough one for me. We ended up getting a little off course of the mindfulness topic. Some of the topics that came up for some of the participants necessitated more in depth tapping that probably would have been bettter in a one to one setting. So we didn't get to explore applying the technique to keeping ourselves in a mindfull state. Having worked with Vera on a one to one basis I understood why though. Tapping has helped me, in a matter of weeks, release old pains and fears that were seriously affecting my life, issues that years of psychotherapy couldn't. Tapping has given me insight and release of the old subconcious issues that were affecting my concious decisions and reactions I would recommend tapping to anyone who is looking for self healing and inner peace. It is a wonderful stress release and is definately life altering. You just have to give it a chance.

Tapping has helped me so much, it is indeed life-altering. I am excited to introduce it to my niece.
