A breath circle is a method of meditation through pranayama, or active breathing. During this meditation circle, you'll listen to music while doing active breathing, which helps replenish your energy, bring balance and clarity and increases relaxation. clear chakras, experience healing and more. It's led by our former meetup group hostess, Marlise Cromar.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water. Yoga mats and blankets provided.
Note: Parkway Avenue is about 2475 South, just south of I-80 and west of 1300 East. Please feel free to park in the driveway which can accommodate several cars. Or there is also parking on either side of the street.
