I wanted to start a group for those of us that are owners or fans of real wood fired brick ovens, Pizza and all the other great food you can cook in it. Small oven or large, hobby or seriously delusional when it comes to your oven, it's all good. Let's get together and sample the food, and share techniques. I know that there are many retail venues now selling pizza ovens, so we must be onto something. Let's do it right.
