Just a few things!
(Information & Rules of This Group)
- First and foremost, this is a "WOODBRIDGE GROUP", so most events will be in the "WOODBRIDGE" area. We will try to have some events in the areas more south of Woodbridge to accommodate members outside of the Woodbridge area (Stafford, Fredericksburg & Gainesville) if other members are interested but first priority is Woodbridge and 'close' surrounding areas. (to include Dale City, Dumfries, Manassas & Centreville)
- You must be "30" to become a member of this group, (the youngest we will except is 29). Also, a photo is requested before anyone is approved as a member of this group. (NO EXCEPTIONS) You will not be approved without one! Also, you must answer "ALL" intro questions before approval!
- Once you are approved as a member, we ask that you send a brief "Member Introduction" (these are 15 facts about yourself) that you would like to share with the group within 5 days of approval so that your other girlfriends can find out more about you & want to meet you. (I will send a follow up email if not received your "15 Facts") After the follow up email & still no response after a week, the organizer or assistant organizer can and will remove you from the group for not participating and abiding by the group guidelines we've had for 2 years and standing!
((member intro's are mini-icebreakers for members to get to know just a little about you that we all look forward to)) - Also, we ask that you forward your email address and cell numbers. This information is only used for last minute cancellations, follow ups, text confirmations & change in venue. (if any)
- Please be respectful and ALWAYS RSVP, "YES", "NO", or even a "MAYBE". It let's the Organizers know you are still around and interested in this girlfriends group.
- Any member who RSVP's "YES" for a meetup more than 3x's and 'DOES NOT' show up, call, change their rsvp or contact the organizer or assistant organizer to make us aware of what's going on, so we won't be looking for you or guessing, WILL BE REMOVED!! ((unless it was an emergency))
- Inactive Members are removed periodically. If you are inactive for a period of 1 month, an email will be sent. If after the email has been sent and still no contact, no replies, etc. You will be removed for non-participation and being inactive within the group. You are always welcome to come back later.
- If there are NO RSVP's, there's NO event!
- If we have and "OUTDOOR" event and it's raining/snowing outside - then it's canceled!!
- Most of our events, you can bring husbands, boyfriends, fiance's, significant others & are kid-friendly.. but Ladies "ONLY" events will be marked as "LADIES ONLY" (no men & no kids. Girls Day or Night!)? Although, if you have no babysitter or your child is always with you, then they are welcome of course.
- If there is only "ONE" member that RSVP'd for an event, there will not be a meetup AT ALL! and it will be rescheduled when more members can join us.
- Please use the message board to post ideas, suggestions, comments or to just socialize. That's how we get to know one another. Also, the mailing list is open for you to read more about members of the group.
- When there are two events scheduled on the same day, if they have close to the same times, it means whichever event gets the most RSVP's is the winner. The most RSVP's is where & what the group will be doing, so make sure you pay close attention.
- Please reach out to our "NEW MEMBERS", welcome them to the group, get to know each other, communicate, etc.. Communication is the key to making this group work, keeping it interesting & wanting to meetup again and again!
- **NEW MEMBERS**: IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER AND YOU HAVE RSVP'd "NO" FOR EVERY EVENT SINCE YOU HAVE JOINED, FOR A PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS, NO PARTICIPATION WITHIN THE GROUP AND HAVE NOT ATTENDED "1" MEETUP SINCE JOINING, YOU WILL BE REMOVED!! (no questions asked)
(sorry, we don't allow slackers.. lol) 
**REMINDER: RSVP - even if it's a "NO", this way we know you're still around. Also, if you find that you have changed your mind or a change of plans, update your RSVP in a timely manner so I can have an accurate head count and know to expect you or not.
This is YOUR group - be ACTIVE! Suggest activities that you're interested in and we'll get it added to the calendar and see if other members are also interested!
