Introduction to Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and Qigong

This Saturday morning we will be holding an introduction to Tai Chi (The Yang style 24 posture form) and also some different Qigong forms.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring flat soled indoor shoes if you have not.

If not practicing in socks is fine.

There is a class fee of $10. If anyone is experiencing financial difficulties and cannot afford the class fee then please feel free to donate whatever you can afford.
