Special Run to Fresh Soy & Dumplings in Elmhurst

***NOTE: New start time for the warmer months***
Let's change this week's run a bit to end in Elmhurst, where we will enjoy freshly made soy and dumplings.

We'll meet at 9:00am. Our special route will cover slightly over 3 miles at a very casual pace. We'll head eastward, through Woodside, Jackson Heights and Elmhurst, finishing up near Broadway and 45th Avenue.

After our soy and dumpling feast, you can either return to our 'hood via the R train, Q53 or Q60 bus, or run (or walk) back via Woodside Avenue (a little over a mile from Windmuller Park).

Please bring cash to cover your food costs, as well as your Metrocard if you wish to return via subway or bus.

    Do they have vegetarian dumplings?

FYI - I'm told that they do have veggie options (in addition to fish and various other things).

Oh man, this sounds great, but I don't think I'll be able to make it. I have to be somewhere at 11am. Please let me know how the dumplings are. I hope they are a satisfying post-run snack!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
