I'm trying to get back into actual running after dropping down to speedwalking and sprints on the treadmill. A running group that knows the neighborhood would be a huge step forward.

Longest distance 15k---13 years ago. 5k has been more typical since, but but I'm currently building back up to outside running.
I'd like to get back into running outside, which I haven't figured out how to do in NY yet. (I used to run around a hill in WV---basically a circle that required no sense of direction), and on running paths in Ohio.
