I'm an absolute beginner when it comes to running. I don't aspire to run marathons but I'd like to get fit. Running in the hood seems like the best way to do this since I've cancelled my gym membership..
Very little! I've been doing 30 minute runs twice or three times a week since February
On the track around Windmuller Park usually, but recently I've started to venture out on the road!
