The Museum of Russian Icons is presenting "Russian Ark", the 2002 film by Russian director Alexander Sokurov, where one continuous camera shot bears witness to 300 years of Russian history via a fantastic journey through the Hermitage Museum (former Winter Palace of the Tsars). Tickets available at the door (save $1 with your WOO card). Note that a 2nd showing is "planned" for Thursday, May 8th at 6 p.m.
For those who appreciate the finer as well as fun aspects of life. Let's get together to attend museums, concerts, festivals, the theater, comedy clubs, town squares, historic locations, and all venues in between. All interest levels and suggestions are welcome. I'd also like to offer day trips outside of the immediate area to attend events such as the BSO at Tanglewood, the Keene NH Pumpkin Festival, or the NY Renaissance Faire.
