Sofia Woods is the Creative Director of Shortie Designs and teaches HTML & CSS as part of QUT Creative Industries Interactive & Visual Design Faculty. At Shortie Designs she works with small businesses, creatives and non-profits designing WordPress web sites, social media strategies and providing digital training and consultation. Addicted to plugins, apps and Instagram, Sofia loves helping people make sense of the web and getting them to better utilise online technology to suit their needs.

Hello Sofia,

I have started receiving the email message:

An error occurred with BackupBuddy v3.1.8.1 on Fri, 01 Feb 13 23:33:36 +0000 for the site http://heathersmithsmallbusines.... Error details:

One or more backup steps reported a failure. Backup failure running function `send_remote_destination` with the arguments `0` with backup serial `b4ivkh3v6g`. Please run a manual backup of the same type to verify backups are working properly.

It started about 6 weeks ago - any idea how to resolve it?

  Hi Heather - you could try one of the following things: 1. Check you haven't run out of storage space on your server 2. Check that your backup destination is properly set failing that we might be able to problem solve tomorrow if we have time or you can log a support ticket with Ithemes.
