I use wordpress for personal sites and for clients. I tend to use it more as a CMS than just blog software, which says something for its flexibility. I have experience with several other CMS packages and site frameworks and I prefer wordpress to all of them. I offer a turnkey hosting solution based on wordpress and google services. My clients are both end-users and designers who resell my services to their own clients.
I started using WordPress about six years ago but it has been on and off for much of that. There were rare occasions when I'd have to dig into the code, but it was mostly a matter of setting it up and installing plugins. I've started using it more frequently over the past 6 months.
If you have technical questions about web applications, you can ask me those... I've been working in the industry for over 15 years. Or ask me about my kids. I love talking about them!
I grew up in Lancaster but just moved back after living out of state for 11 years. I have many interests in both tech and art. I'm a dad, a husband, a Unix guru, photographer, writer, gyroscopic juggler, electronics hobbyist, & aspiring calligrapher.
