It was awesome. I learnt loads and it was also extremely interesting. I discovered that although a theme may not appear to cover all the aspects that you desire, Rafi knows what he is talking about so requesting help should always be an option.

Do you mean the 25th MAY or the 11th May?
The course contents appears quite tight for a 2 hour session, will there be enough time to have any hands on learning?

    May 16, 2013

    • Rafi Akbar

My pleasure Fred and glad to see you RSVP'd for the workshop.

      May 17, 2013

    • Sav D'Souza

I have found this a good group to join. I have found the one-to-one follow up sessions with Rafi very helpful. Joining this group as I would like to help out and continue learning about WordPress to benefit my site.

I am thinking of joining you on the 520 course but have a few questions please. First the obvious; a) how much is the course, b) is this inclusive or exclusive of Vat i.e. is VAT applicable? c)when is the next one and d) what do I have to do to sign up for it?

    1 · May 17, 2013

    • Rafi Akbar

      a. The WordPress Cloud Course is £520 and include 4 hours group session and 8 hours of one-to-one sessions.

      b. My clients range from students, startups and unemployed individuals hence VAT is not added.

      c. The group session is between 1pm-5pm and the next one is on the 25th. You will need to attend a one-to-one session for 2 hours prior to attending the group session in order to set up your WordPress website in the cloud along with your chosen theme. The group session then helps you understand how to manage and grow your website. The remaining 6 hours of one-to-one sessions then come in handy for customising your theme and meeting any other requirements (ecommerce functionalities, mega menus, video slideshows, dynamic forms etc).

      d. You can sign up here: http://tinyurl.com/wp.... Last day to sign up and attend the Sat 25th May group session (1pm-5pm) is by the 23rd of May.
