"American Food Writing" edited by Molly O'Neill - I thought this would be a better choice for something different. It is an anthology of American authors related to food and our culture.

You asked for new short stories for this event. I am reading this new book and it is excellent. Since all of us love food and wine and since the theme is American Authors this book is just great. The author has taken excerpts from a vast array of American authors (both old and new) and created a work about one of our favorite subjects: food.
