Since I could not decide last month between this book and "The Distance Between Us," here's the "Behind the Beautiful Forevers."

interesting and thoughtful - startling to read about the way of life for people living in the Indian slums

That's exactly my thought on it. When you think there are no worse circumstances (the Sudan, Mexico, African poverty in general, etc.) you know about - here it is.

For those who attended, so nice to meet all of you! I mentioned 2 books that I had read and can recommend. They both have to do with dogs. They are fun reads, nothing heavy, but not blather, either.
    1) Lost and Found, by Jacqueline Sheehan (murder mystery/ love/comedy)
    2) Stay by Allie Larkin (romantic comedy)

It was great to meet you. A romantic comedy is always a good thing. I'll try these books and see about posting one for a meet up. Thanks.
