Introduction

Hello. I'm 50 years young. I work in the legal field. I have always been a book lover, and enjoy discussing other people's points of views about books.

What type of books do you enjoy?

Practically anything--fiction, non-fiction, biography, mystery/suspense/thriller, Civil War & WWII, self-help. The nice thing about a book club is that it introduces me to books I never would have considered reading, but find I usually enjoy.

Tell us a little about yourself:

I have always been an avid reader, a book worm of sorts. I moved back to the Dallas area about 3 years ago and would like to find a fun book club.

What do you want to see happen in this book/social club?

Basically, I just enjoy listening to other's opinions of books to see if they gleaned from the book what I did. I look forward to establishing friendships with people I have something in common with.

What was your favorite book as a kid?

Little Woman, and I loved reading the Nancy Drew series.
