Introduction
I love reading & talking about the books to other people.
What type of books do you enjoy?
Non-Fiction more than fiction. I have read Madam Secretary by Madeleine Albright & She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb. I enjoy going to the library & just checking books out..
Tell us a little about yourself:
I have been a special education teacher for about 40 years. I was born & raised in Dallas, but I lived in Indiana for about 5 years many years ago. I have gone to Titas dance & music series at McFarland for about 15 years. I enjoy live theater.
What do you want to see happen in this book/social club?
To discuss books and the social environment with other adults on a regular basis.
What was your favorite book as a kid?
Hans Christian Anderson books & as a teacher I like to read Ramona Cleary books, Charlotte's Web, Tales of a 4th grade Nothing, & The Clown of God to my students.
