Whether you have a gym membership or not, there comes a time when you need to switch things up and try something new. I’ve felt that way before, so I thought about getting people together to do it with me (and hopefully at a discount!). All fitness levels are welcome!
Getting different gyms and personal trainers on board, I hope to bring a variety of classes to everyone. With strength in numbers, anything is possible, right?! So we’ll push each other in different settings, share our passion for health and fitness, and sweat a lot while having fun along the way.
Classes will include Cross-Training, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, and Core training along with Pilates, Yoga, and Spin. It’s up to you where this MeetUp goes! I’m looking forward to bonding over grueling workouts with all of you.
