7-8: presentatiaons* on how energy use in DC relates to the bigger picture of Mountain Top Coal Mining, and the Mirant Potomac River Coal Plant; the green collar economy; DC policies that support sustainable energy use, and what residents can do to decrease their use of energy and save money.
