So, it occurred to me that we are approximately 6 months away from the end of 2014! Can you believe it?! Where does the time go? How many of you made a resolution to lose weight or just lead a healthier lifestyle in 2014?
In case you need the extra push to make your goals for the year, I’ve decided to host a 6-Week Weight Loss Challenge! However, this challenge is a little different than what you have probably seen before. It encourages healthy choices and weight loss with a point system. Not only will you be awarded points for weight loss, you will be earning points for making positive lifestyle choices such as choosing the right foods, drinking water, exercising and etc. Some weeks I will even add in extra credit work for you to receive additional points.
