Hi Tania - we're on our way! Shall be late but hopefully not by an extortionate amount.

Traffic is crazy! No suitable underground lines, busses stuck in traffic, will be severely delayed

Sorry, travel today looks horrendous. No Jubilee or Metropolitan line, delays on Bakerloo, rain.......

Hi Ann, welcome to the group. I've removed your comment as this meetup isn't really a forum for advertising one's work to get new business. Happy for you to chat to people afterwards about what you do though.

The socialising part is for networking in a supportive and stimulating environment, rather than a sales pitch. There is a difference. The first is about getting to know others and if people buy into what you are saying and want your expertise that's great. The latter is about pushing yourself and your services at others without their consent. The latter usually makes people uncomfortable. Thanks.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
