Description: Suitable for everyone passionate about their writing, and improving it in a friendly, supportive yet creatively challenging environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced writer, working on short fiction or creative non-fiction, or a long-term project such as a novel, screenplay or personal memoir, you could find The Creative Writers Workshop of help. Each session will provide an opportunity to workshop your writing, then receive detailed feedback from the experienced tutor, who then also invites other members of the workshop to share their impressions. This is a practical writing workshop, where the focus is on the words, the page and the writer. The mission is to improve craft, and learn how to tell the very best stories we can.
Donna Sharpe is a writer and film-maker who has written and directed for the BBC and ITV, and has just completed a historical novel inspired by real-life events. She holds a M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia.
