    I return to Portland on May 22nd after 25 years in China. I just had surgery on my left shoulder for a torn rotator cuff and am still healing. I assume it would not work if I have limited mobility. Your thoughts?

      You can always just do what you are comfortable with and just watch and learn from the rest of it. Your call.

      Yes this form allows for everyone to move at heir own pace within the realm of their own physical abilities. All movement and focused attention is beneficial.
