I'm curious about qigong. I've done yoga for a long time, and I've enjoyed Tai Chi before, so I suspect I will like Qigong.

I like meditation, but sit all day, so Tai Chi is a good meditative practice for me - on my feet and moving with intention and focus. John's teaching style is relaxed and welcoming.
