Yoga Nidra/Deep relaxation class and practice

Need some peace and relaxation in your life?  

This Wednesday, Sanela will lead a Yoga Nidra class where you can just lie down, get comfortable and be guided into a truly deep experience of relaxation. 

Also called Yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a science of relaxation which enables us to dive deep down into the realms of the subconscious mind, thereby releasing and relaxing mental tensions, and establishing harmony in all facets of our being. 

Yoga Nidra has been shown to help with these and many other issues:

o Relief from Stress and Anxiety
o Relief from Depression and Fatigue
o Awakening of Creativity and Inspiration
o Improved Concentration
o Improved Sleep
o Release of unhealthy patterns from within

Usually done while lying on the floor or a firm mat but can be done while sitting if lying on the floor is not comfortable or possible. There will be some gentle Asana sequences and movement beforehand, so wear comfortable clothing and optionally bring an eye pillow. Some mats and blankets will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
