Please note the location change! We are now meeting at Gratitude Yoga in downtown Princeton and not the Yurt (the Yurt is not sufficiently heated for the winter).
Class includes practice of Tai Chi form, discussion of Tai Chi philosophy as it relates to movement and meditation, martial arts applications and push hands, and exploration of other awareness and relaxation exercises as time allows. Beginners as well as experienced practitioners are welcome.
