I will be leading you through an intense 45 minute bootcamp workout that will include cardio, core ab strength, free weights, agility drills, balance drills, and flexibility/yoga.
We will also do fun drills and you will have opportunities to work on areas that need improvement. We will all set goals during our first meetup and I will record your starting weight and I will track how much you lose throughout our bootcamp program!
