This event requires you to book on-line through http://www.spin2win.com.au/online-booking/, once registering and paying on-line then put up your RSVP. Its advertised as YHA Class and if you have problems finding the class hit show more at the bottom of the screen. Its the class at 7:15 pm.
I have arranged with Alex Spiteri who runs Spin2win in Richmond a weekly spin class which starts at 7:15 pm on Thursday nights.
We will focus on interval training, hill work and improving our pedal stroke but we can basically structure the class how we like with input from those attending the classes. The classes will go for an hour.
There are 9 bikes.
We will learn the correct pedal stroke to engage hamstrings, calfs gluts and quads. It's amazing how much more power we produce using all these muscles simultaneously. A lot of cyclists only ever engage their Quads) or just stomp on the pedals.
So what does all this mean?
Well less effort to travel further.
Improved fitness in the most time efficient way.
And we don't need to wear a helmet while training.
If you tell Alex you have not improved your pedal stroke he will gladly reimburse your money.
