Your first 3 visits to the Y are free; however, you must be a family member to use the child care. Come to class a little early to sign paperwork at the front desk and to introduce yourself to the instructor. After the three visits, you either have to join or pay a day-use fee of $8.00.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
